Profesjonalizm i ekskluzywizm prawników w społeczeństwach liberalno-demokratycznych

Abstract

The article is dedicated to showing the stance of lawyers in the changing liberal democratic societies, especially in Poland. The political transformation was a transition from a monocentric order to a polycentric one. The role of lawyers in the latter happened to be strengthened. In consequence, there are two complementary aspects of how their profession functions: the professionalism and exclusivism. They are analyzed by Artur Kozak in the light of the concept of the so-called iuriscentrism.
