Abstract

The paper concerns the evolution of the parliamentary election law in Poland. The author presents three stages of the formation of the electoral system in Poland after 1989. Furthermore, he emphasizes the growing infuence of the Polish society in the reporting process. It is expressed by the activity of the Civic Movement for Single-Member Constituencies.
