Abstract

The article is an interpretation of The Storm ballet work – Shakespeare’s ambiguous work. The drama became an inspiration for choreographer Krzysztof Pastor who created a contemporary ballet dating back to it. The language of gesture, motion, and sound tells the story. As it turns out in Shakespeare’s work there are many references to the times of his contemporaries. Today’s recitations made by a dramatist seem to be up to date.
