Singularity of Works of Music

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to analyze the singularity of works of music. The main result of the analysis is rejection of the theses that a work of music is individuated by its interpretation, performance, existence, score, structure of its sounds. The foundation of the singularity of works of music is understood in terms of pure musical sense.
