Kazimierz Ajdukiewicz on Scientificity of Ethics.

Abstract

Logic was a basis for the philosophical considerations of Kazimierz Ajdukiewicz. Accordingly, the scientific description of the world was not accidental, but was the result of the order and harmony observed in this world. Following Ajdukiewicz’s thread of thought, each scientific problem resulted of the order of reality, which could be perceived by every man. Ethics treated as a science should approve such a state of affairs. The presentation proposed is therefore an attempt to reconstruct the views of Kazimierz Ajdukiewicz in the field of ethics. Subordinated to logic, his ethics proved to be independent of any other external conditions.
